To help make the most of your event at the Alan Emmott Centre, CITY Catering presents a variety of bar services and packages.  (Applicable taxes are not included.) 


Bar Service Options (additional costs will apply)

  • Bar Service Package – You provide the liquor license, alcohol and mix; we provide the set-up, bartender (up to six hours), garnishes/bar accompaniments and glassware for $450.
  • Cash Bar: We provide the liquor license, alcohol and mix along with glassware, bartender and set-up; guests are charged for their individual drinks. We price the drinks, and take cash payment (only) on site at your event.
  • Host Bar: We provide the liquor license, alcohol and mix along with glassware, bartender and set-up; we also keep a tally of drinks served and charged to you at the end of the night.
