This form is for:• Event organizers interested in requesting a food truck for events held on City‑owned and/or operated property or• Food truck vendors interested in joining the City’s approved food truck list
Your personal information is being collected for the purpose of assisting you in the food trucks program, administered by the “Golf & Food” division of the Parks, Recreation and Culture Department, in accordance with s. 26(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
